One of the things I've noticed about being a full-time writer is that it is very easy to become sedentary and not excercise. I've tried several times during the past year to excercise regularly, but I often get immersed in my writing, and forget or tell myself I'll do it tomorrow. I'm trying something new this year. Now I get up, I eat, and then I excercise before I do anything else. The only way I'm finding that I can fit it into my schedule is if I make it a priority.
It helps a lot and I'm finding I'm getting more writing done than when I don't excercise so that is a definite plus.
